Washington Tops Final Men’s Eight Poll; Wisconsin Heads Final Lightweight Women’s Poll 

The University of Washington once again topped this week’s USRowing Men’s Varsity Eight collegiate coaches’ poll, while the University of Wisconsin earned the No. 1 ranking in the women’s lightweight eight poll.

Washington earned eight of 14 first-place votes to keep the top spot in the men’s varsity eight poll. Wisconsin received six first-place votes to rank second. Brown University, Princeton University and the University of California rounded out the top five.

Wisconsin received eight of 10 first-place votes to earn the top spot in this week’s women’s lightweight eight poll. Princeton ranked second, while Stanford University earned the remaining two first-place votes to rank third. Georgetown University and the University of Central Florida rounded out the top five.

The release of the final lightweight men’s eight poll has been delayed. It will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
