USRowing is excited to announce that the 2008 CanAmMex Regatta will take place from July 20-27 at the Chesapeake Boathouse in Oklahoma City, Okla.

The United States is pleased to host Mexico and Canada at this week-long development camp and regatta for junior rowers in conjunction with the Chesapeake Boathouse. Athletes will arrive in Oklahoma City on Sunday, July 20, and being their training on Monday morning. The CanAmMex Regatta will kick off on Friday and commence with a medal ceremony and closing dinner on Saturday. During the week, participants also will experience the local culture by taking in a baseball game and visiting the Oklahoma City Stockyards, as well as mingle with other athletes at the opening night mixer.

USRowing looks forward to hosting this event once again and to a fun and productive week of rowing in Oklahoma City.
