USRowing Insurance Program

AssuredPartners

Without a group insurance program, most organizations would pay much higher premiums for their own separate general liability policy. This separate policy would most likely exclude Sexual Abuse and Molestation, which could cost upwards of $5,000 or more, depending on the size of the organization.

Working though AssuredPartners, USRowing is able offer a comprehensive general liability insurance policy, including Sexual Abuse and Molestation, at greatly reduced rates. Organizational members of USRowing also receive the benefit of having AssuredPartners as their broker, giving them one point of contact for various lines of coverage.

If you have questions about the insurance program or liability limits listed below, contact Rachel Kelley at rachel.kelley@assuredpartners.com or (856) 996-1825.

What To Do In the Event of a Claim
It is important to notify AssuredPartners as soon as possible of any claim (or potential claim) so that they can be involved in the entire process. Visit their website to complete an Incident Report or download a copy of the report. If property damage is involved, take as many pictures of the damage as possible. Try to protect the property from further damage and save any receipts if expenses are incurred to do so.

Do not admit liability. Obtain contact information for all involved parties. Get names and phone numbers of any witnesses. Report any crimes that have been committed, such as theft or vandalism, to the police.

You should also contact AssuredPartners at (856) 996-1825 as soon as possible to report if you receive an attorney letter of representation or lawsuit. If you’re not sure if you have a claim, consult your agent, Rachel Kelley, to discuss the incident in detail.
