Personal
Louis enjoys cycling, wake surfing, and spending time outdoors. He has run two marathons. Louis says David Goggins is someone he looks up to in order to strengthen his mind into that of a great athlete. He began rowing after breaking his nose playing rugby, and his parents had him find a non-contact sport to play.
