Louis enjoys cycling, wake surfing and spending time outdoors. He has run two marathons. Louis saysDavid Goggins is someone he looks up to in order to strengthen his mind into one of a great athlete. He began rowingafter breaking his nose playing rugby and his parents had him find a non-contact sport to play.
