Voices In Rowing

Whether you've rowed, coached, volunteered, referred, led a regatta, or are the parent of an athlete, you have contributed to rowing in the United States, and are an important part of our shared rowing community.

USRowing has evolved, as all organizations do over time. We've seen success and positive change, as well as our fair share of missteps and challenges. Like any good athlete, we strive to be coachable — committed to learning, improving, and getting better every day. That’s why your voice matters here.

As we look to the future—especially with the LA Games on the horizon—we believe it’s our collective responsibility and opportunity to shape the future of our sport and advance its legacy. To do that, we need to hear from you.

This summer, we’re creating several ways for you to share what’s most important, what’s working, and what needs to improve. Opportunities for feedback will include a member survey, virtual forums per stakeholder group, and our annual All Member Meeting.

We hope you’ll take part and appreciate your honest feedback.

Engagement Opportunities

Annual Member Survey:

This five-minute, anonymous survey will help inform USRowing's path forward when it comes to membership, communications, programming, and more. As the rowing community continues to expand and change, it has never been more important to understand the unique and evolving needs of our members.

Click HERE to complete the survey. The survey will close on June 26, 2025.

Virtual Rowing Forums:

Join USRowing leadership to weigh in on the course ahead. The USRowing team will structure the session based on questions from attendees, present ideas for membership engagement, and listen to feedback from all our stakeholders – from parents and coaches to coastal and adaptive rowers to indoor enthusiasts and administrators.

These Zoom forums are open to all 2024 and 2025 USRowing members. To make space for others, we encourage members to register for the session that's most relevant to them.

To make the most of our time together, please submit any questions in advance to members@usrowing.org
