Simon Hatcher

Finished 14th in the double sculls at the 2021 World Rowing Under-23 Championships. Won the junior double sculls and junior pair at the 2019 Brentwood College Regatta.

Finished third in the club eight at the 2019 Head of the Charles Regatta. Finished third in the double sculls at the 2019 USRowing Youth National Championships.

Simon was born 9/12/2000. He has received several engineering awards, including the U.S. Air Force Outstanding Engineering Project, the U.S. Navy Outstanding Engineering Project, and the Yale Outstanding Engineering Project. Simon enjoys cycling, sailing, reading, and piano. He said he loves airplanes and anything that flies. He began rowing when he got in a wooden rowboat as a kid and loved it.
