Personal
Maisy likes Facetiming her best friend, Sophie, lifting, painting, and spending time in nature while exploring her home city of San Francisco. She comes from a long line of dairy farmers on both sides and is a self-proclaimed oatmeal connoisseur. Maisy was a ballet dancer for 10 years until the pandemic forced it to go online. She found the sport because it was the only activity that was in-person and outside during that time. She said she was hooked immediately. One of Maisys personal heroes is Courtney Dauwalter because she is such a positive and relentless athlete and has a unique and positive outlook on the pain of endurance sports. Maisy wants to pursue a career in the natural sciences, but would like to never stop rowing. She is a big fan of the band Sublime and MFDOOM.
