Nadja Yaroschuk

Nadja is majoring in biology and is on the pre-med track. Her aunt rowed for the University of Pennsylvania. Her mother, Deidre, played field hockey and soccer at Chico State. She began rowing at the age of 14. She enjoys road cycling, swimming, going to the beach, reading, and playing the oboe. She was never great at any other sports, but clicked with rowing and stuck with it. She loves the feeling of pushing the boat completely in sync with her teammates.
