The inaugural USRowing Youth Beach Sprints National Championships will provide multiple opportunities for athletes and coaches to engage with the newest rowing discipline, which will be included in the 2028 LA Olympics. On June 16, a beach sprints orientation will occur for athletes to gain more experience with the rowing discipline. Racing will commence on June 17 and 18 with a head-to-head knockout competition at Lido Key Beach. At South Lido Key Beach, we will be hosting a Learning & Development Coach Practical to further Beach Sprints education. Stay tuned for additional information on learning opportunities and the schedule. There will be caps to the number of entries, and more information will be provided in the draft entry packets on December 1, 2024.
The 2025 USRowing domestic regatta entry packets will be posted for a comment period to all members December 1 to December 31, 2024. The final entry packet for the 2025 USRowing Youth National Beach Sprints Championships will be published on February 1, 2025.

Our sport’s sustainability and success rely heavily on these dedicated supporters, who help ensure that our rowers, teams, coaches, spectators, and more have a safe, fair, and rewarding experience. The purpose of this policy is to provide additional volunteer support at USRowing-owned regattas to Local Organizing Committees (LOCs).
