Hello Insight is an online platform that assists youth-serving organizations in evaluating and enhancing the impact of their programs. By leveraging artificial intelligence and research-based tools, Hello Insight provides pre-built surveys, predictive analytics, and automated reports to help organizations understand and improve their programs.

What is the mission of your organization?

To help youth-serving organizations increase their effectiveness and demonstrate their results. Hello Insight is a powerful, research-backed platform designed to help you measure and enhance the mental health and well-being of the young people you serve. With Hello Insight, you don’t just track progress—you gain the ability to clearly communicate your program’s impact with data-driven insights that resonate with your funders, board members, and the families you serve.

What tool would you like every rowing program to use?

To be able to learn across your own organization’s programs, programs across the rowing community, as well as those in the sports-based youth development field, having access to Hello Insight’s suite of tools allows all to learn as well as to generate greater collective insights across the field. Hello Insight provides age-appropriate tools for K-12 (ages 5-23 with our Sports, Elementary SEL, and Early Elementary SEL tools. 

Hello Insight also offers a young adult tool for ages 16-25 for young staff (coaching assistants, new coaches, volunteers, staff, etc.). 

How can surveys help coaches and programs support their athletes?

By understanding their team members' strengths and areas of need, coaches and programs can leverage Hello Insight’s data-driven recommendations and resources to better support their athletes now. Then, at the end of a program or season, coaches and programs receive direct feedback from young people on where they developed and their thoughts on the quality of the program experience to improve future program cycles/seasons.  

By using HI data with funders, programs have the “hard” data needed to report to funders/donors and to raise new funds to support more student athletes. 

What message would you like to send to the athletes and coaches reading this?

Hello Insight was built with frontline youth development staff in mind. The HI Platform is easy to use and provides ready access to surveys and reports. As soon as any responses are collected, you can start learning about the student-athletes you’re serving now.
