USRowing Seeks Host Site Partners for 2025 USRowing Indoor National Championships

USRowing is requesting proposals from indoor rowing organizations to be an official host site for the 2025 USRowing Indoor National Championships. Similar to the 2024 edition, USRowing will collaborate with multiple regional indoor rowing events to serve as the official host sites for the national competition.  Scheduled to take place on February 1, 2025, the full Request For Proposal (RFP) document is available HERE, with a submission deadline of September 16, 2024.   

Organizations interested in being an official USRowing host site should submit a proposal that includes a summary of the host organization, detailing points of contact and staff roles. The proposal should also provide an overview of their indoor rowing championship, including the event’s goals, history, future plans, and entry numbers. Additionally, the proposal must include an Event Operations Plan with documents covering venue setup, competition schedule, registration, safety, spectator policies, volunteer coordination, media and marketing strategies, vendor and sponsorship plans, diversity and inclusion policies, and awards.
