Ava received the Gold Presidential Service Award in 2017 and 2018, the Kemp Crew Prize from Blair Academy in 2021, and The Franklin Prize from Blair Academy in 2021. Her favorite hobbies include drinking coffee, making coffee, finding new coffee places to try, and reading feminist literature. Ava lists her parents, John Redos and Rebecca Marcus (her high school coaches), and Malcolm Doldron (her college coach) as her personal heroes.
