Level 2 is a "blended" course with an online component that will take 15-20 hours to complete before the live portion that is comprised of 10 hours of instruction. Currently, the live instruction is offered over Zoom with instructors and facilitators to oversee small group work. The instructors will address the topics outlined in our Level 2 manual with a focus on the practical application of the knowledge and concepts obtained through the online component of the course.
These are additional requirements, not prerequisites. They can be completed before or after the course. All requirements must be current in order to be a Level 2 coach in good standing and can be submitted on your coach profile in the member portal here. Full directions for these requirements can be found here.
