2025 Fantasy Camp

USRowing's First Ever FANTASY CAMP  

Austin, TX | February 15 - 18, 2025 

Join us at the Texas Rowing Center in Austin, Texas for a once-in-a-lifetime chance for masters athletes to row with Olympic champions and be coached by our National Team coaching staff. 

Camp participants will be joined by two-time Olympic champion Meghan Musnicki, 2024 Olympic Gold Medalist Justin Best, and 2020 and 2024 Olympian Molly Bruggeman. These Olympians will be onsite for row-alongs, demonstrations, and social activities. More athletes may be announced.

This exclusive camp will be coached by our 2024 Olympic coaches Josy Verdonkschot, Jesse Foglia, and 2024 Rowing News Coach of the Year Casey Galvanek. These three great coaches will be complemented by additional coaches including Olympic champion Lindsay Shoop and World Championship medalist Jasper Liu. 

Fantasy Camp is a luxury camp experience with accommodations at the beautiful Austin Proper Hotel and Spa: 

Situated in Downtown’s 2nd Street District, Austin Proper Hotel offers an artful immersion in lifestyle and well-being. With emphasis on collaboration, the passionate, compelling vision of designer Kelly Wearstler meets the culinary creativity of Austin tastemaker, MML Hospitality. Essentials include 238 rooms and suites; four unique settings for dining and drink; a focus on wellness with a dedicated spa and fitness center; plus a variety of atmospheric spaces for events. And it wouldn’t be Proper without a 5th floor pool deck & restaurant offering small-batch tequilas and sunset views. 

Nourishing and beautiful dining, transport to and from the boathouse for each practice, and plenty of "extras" are included in the camp pricing. Participants will also receive a 2025 Fantasy Camp-branded gear package. 

This camp is capped at 20 participants.

$6750 - Early Bird

Register before/by December 15, paid in full by January 1, 2025  

($2500 deposit required with registration to confirm your spot, additional $4250 due by 1/1/2025) 

$7500 - Standard

Register after December 15, payment in full due by January 1, 2025

Participants must be age 21+. 

Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from Austin, Texas.

This is a camp for masters rowers, this is not a talent ID or selection camp.

Cancellation policy

Requests to cancel within 48 hours of registration: full refund of deposit

Requests to cancel before December 15: 50% refund of deposit

No refunds after December 15 due to hotel and vendor obligations.
