2023 Pan American Games Qualification Regatta Coverage Page


Racing at the 2023 Pan American Games Qualification Regatta in San Pedro de la Paz, Chile, is now complete with the U.S. winning eight medals including four gold medals, three silver medals, and one bronze medal.

The men's and women's single sculls, men's pair, and women's double sculls won gold medals, while the women's pair, women's quadruple sculls, and women's four won silver medals. The lightweight women's double sculls came home with the bronze medal.

The U.S. qualified 11 boats for the Pan American Games at the five-day regatta including the men's and women's single sculls, double sculls, lightweight double sculls, pair, and four, as well as the women's quadruple sculls. The U.S. also is in line to receive a bid in the men's quadruple sculls once the qualification spots are finalized. COPARE will confirm all qualification spots no later than April 21.
