USRowing Announces Invitations to Men’s Olympic Selection Camp
OAKLAND, Calif. – USRowing is pleased to announce that the following 20 athletes have been invited to the selection camp for the men's eight and men's four that will represent the U.S. at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Held in Oakland, Calif., the selection camp will get underway on March 17. The U.S. finished fifth in both the four and the eight at the 2019 World Rowing Championships, securing a spot in Tokyo for the American boats.
Invitations to the women's selection camp for the eight, four and quadruple sculls will be announced by April 1. For an overview of how the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team is selected, click here. The entire U.S. Olympic Rowing Team will be selected by June 6.
