USRowing Announces Newest Members of DEI Committee

USRowing's Board of Directors and staff welcome the newest members of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

The following individuals will join the existing members to support the implementation of initiatives, policies, and programs that further USRowing's commitment to making rowing more welcoming, inclusive, and relevant.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is a standing committee of the board that advises, consults, and makes recommendations to the CEO and Board of USRowing with respect to the association's strategy to create an inclusive organization and community that benefits from the differences among its constituents. The committee's mission is to champion transformative change that makes participation in rowing at every level accessible and welcoming for all current and future members.
