USRowing Announces Para Development Camp Invitations

USRowing has invited six athletes to the 2026 Para Development Camp, taking place August 2-10 in Welland, ONT. The camp provides an opportunity for high level racing and training within the U.S. Para National Team system. This year, the focus is on PR2 development to build a pipeline for the PR2 Mixed 2x for LA 2028 and beyond.

The camp will conclude with all six athletes competing in the PR2 Mixed 2x Dash and 2k races at the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta.

Invited athletes include Nat Vorel and Chance Quarry, who won the US Para National Team Trials earlier this month and will represent the United States at the 2026 World Rowing Championships— their first senior national team event. Christopher Campbell and Daria Rubin secured invitations to the camp after winning the Blackwall-Duling Challenge at the 2026 Dad Vail Regatta.
