USRowing Coach Highlight: Hilary Gehman
Hilary Gehman's love of rowing didn't start until college when she joined a club team. She was inspired by watching friends succeed in rowing and decided to train to be competitor. She "pulled a fast erg score" which got her a place on the 1999 U.S. National Team, leading to her participation in the 2000 and 2004 U.S. Olympic Teams and her coaching career.

Career: From 2016 to present, she is the events manager and director of Mercer Rowing Programs for Princeton National Rowing Association and the 2021 U.S. Olympic Team Women's Crew Coach.
