Membership

Our primary options are:

  • Standard, for clubs who carry their own insurance.
  • Plus, for clubs who use USRowing's insurance program.

*Plus members who do not renew their membership prior to January 1st will have a lapse in comprehensive liability coverage until they renew membership through USRowing or secure a policy that meets USRowing's requirements.

**Standard organizations must upload a Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) from their member profile. You can view the coverage requirements and a sample COI

Agreement & Waiver

An organization administrator must accept terms on half of the club by electronic signature as part of the membership registration or renewal process. To sign the agreement and waiver, log into your organizational account, click “Renew” from your landing page, check the box to agree to terms and conditions, and submit an electronic signature. A copy of your signed policy will be emailed to you after completing registration.

Safe Sport

USRowing adheres to the SafeSport policies established by the U.S. Center for SafeSport and the U.S. Olympic Committee. Your organization is required to have its own Safe Sport policy; if you don't upload one on the member portal, you agree to follow USRowing's Safe Sport Policy. To do so, click “Renew" on your landing page, then check the box to agree to USRowing's Safe Sport policy and have the opportunity to upload a copy of your own policy.
