Walid enjoys playing Fortnite, reading, eating, and watching television. He began rowing when his friends introduced him to the sport during his freshman year. Walid is a dual Lebanese-American citizen. He names his personal hero and idol as Kobe Bryant due to his work ethic, drive to make himself better every day, and how he was never satisfied with where he is at.
