Finished second in the lightweight single sculls at the 2024 World Rowing Cup II. Finished third in the lightweight single sculls at the 2023 World Rowing Championships. Won gold in the lightweight single sculls at the 2023 World Rowing Cup III Regatta. Won gold in the lightweight single sculls at the 2023 Bled International Regatta. Won silver in the lightweight single sculls at the 2023 World Rowing Cup II Regatta. Qualified for the 2022 World Rowing Championships in the lightweight women's quadruple sculls but was unable to compete due to injury. Won the under-23 lightweight double sculls, under-23 lightweight eight, and senior lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2019 Canadian Henley.

Won the lightweight single sculls at the 2023 Senior National Team Trials. Won the lightweight quadruple sculls and open weight quadruple sculls and finished second in the open weight double sculls at the 2022 USRowing Summer National Championships. Finished second in the open weight double sculls at the 2022 USRowing National Selection Regatta II. Finished second in the lightweight single sculls at the 2022 USRowing National Selection Regatta I/Spring Speed Order. Finished second in the lightweight double sculls at the 2019 Under-23 National Team Trials. Finished second in the single sculls at the 2019 American Collegiate Rowing Association National Championships. Finished second in the single sculls at the 2019 Dad Vail Regatta.
Personal
Sophia was an ACRA second-team all-Academic team member in 2019 and was awarded the William & Mary Most Valuable Oarswomen the same year. She won the 2022 Schuylkill Navy Female Athlete of the Year. Sophia loves biking, trying out new coffee spots, and spending ridiculous amounts of time watching Instagram cooking reals. Sophia said If you want to make her happy, just send a care package of snacks. She started rowing in college after signing up for the club team at the college club fair at The College of William & Mary. Other than her mom, Sophie lists Allyson Felix as a personal hero. She is currently working on a master's degree in sports industry management at Georgetown University.
