Emily enjoys sailing, swimming, and hiking. She lists her parents as her personal heroes. Both of her parents rowed in college, and she is following in their footsteps. Emily was a four-time Ivy League champion from 2016-2019. She was named USRowing's Under 23 Female Athlete of the Year in 2018 and 2019.
