Finished fourth in the lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2022 World Rowing Under 23 Championships.

Won the men's lightweight single sculls at the 2024 Head of the Charles. Won the lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2022 Under-23 National Team Trials. Won the U23 lightweight single sculls at the 2021 USRowing Summer National Championships.

Justin is a Top 1% listener of John Mayer on Spotify. He enjoys sleeping and eating PB&Js. He describes himself as the average bubble tea enjoyer. Fellow University of Delaware athlete and Under 23 national team member Collin Hay has been a huge influence throughout his college career. He admires the tenacity and dedication Collin shows, whether he is building Lego sets or competing in the pair. His favorite TV show is Psych.
