Won gold in the eight at the 2023 World Rowing Under-23 Championships. Won gold in the eight at the 2021 World Rowing U19 Championships. Finished fourth in the eight at the 2019 World Rowing U19 Championships.

Won the varsity eight at the 2025 NCAA Championships. 2025 NCAA team points runner up for Yale. Won the Championship eight at the 2024 and 2025 Head of the Charles. Finished sixth in the eight at the 2023 NCAA Women's Rowing Championships. Finished third in the eight at the 2023 Ivy League Championships. Won the second varsity eight at the 2022 NCAA Women's Rowing Championships. Won the eight at the 2022 Ivy League Championships. Won the junior category at the 2020 USRowing Indoor National Championships/C.R.A.S.H.-B. Sprints. Won the intermediate eight and senior/elite eight and finished third in the intermediate four with coxswain at the 2019 USRowing Summer National Championships. Won the junior category at the 2019 C.R.A.S.H.-B. Championships.

Mia was a 2025 NCAA Woman of the Year Nominee and she won the 2025 CRCA Rower of the Year. She won the 2025 Nellie Pratt Elliot Awardee and was named the 2023 USRowing U23 Female Athlete of the Year. She was named two-times to the All-American team and three-times to the All-Ivy team. She was twice named to the CSC Academic All-District Honors list and graduated cum laude. and enjoys reading and writing. She also helps run a club called SSAY, a community for queer student athletes at Yale. She likes backpacking and helps with orientation for new freshmen by taking them on backpacking trips before the school year begins. Mia loves sustainable fashion and hasn't bought first-hand clothes in three years. One of Mia's personal heroes is her teammate, Olivia Schnur, because she brightens every practice and reminds Mia to always see the joy and fun in life. Mia hopes to be a teacher one day and loves listening to all music, especially boygenius. Her family includes parents Kerty and Frank and sister Kiki.
