Personal
While serving on active duty in the U.S. Navy, Mike stumbled upon rowing in an unexpected way. While stationed aboard a ship, the treadmill had broken down, leaving him to search for an alternative workout. That’s when he found the erg. What began as a simple substitute soon grew into a passion. After separating from the Navy in 2022, Mike took his training from the erg to the water, launching his journey to the National Team.
