Personal
Mira was named to the 2024 and 2025 Washington Post All-Met 1st Team and was named the Wakefield High School Crew Girls' MVP in 2024 and 2025. She enjoys hiking, being in nature, and reading. She would like to hike the John Muir Trail and be a good person. Some of her favorite artists are Fleetwood Mac, The Beach Boys, and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. She recommends Brad Alan Lewis' book, Olympian (previously named Assault on Lake Casitas), because he talks a lot about grit and willingness in the book, two important aspects of the sport. Her favorite movies are Forrest Gump, Whiplash, The Muppets, and Dead Poets Society, while her favorite actors are Julie Andrews and Christian Bale. She can also name every element on the Periodic Table and place any country on a world map.
