USRowing is committed to fair play. All athletes participating in selection for, and competing as a member of, all U.S. national rowing teams must be in compliance with United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), International Olympic Committee (IOC), United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC), World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), FISA, and USRowing rules and requirements relating to banned substances, including but not limited to undergoing testing and obtaining and maintaining current therapeutic use exemptions as needed. Failure to adhere to anti-doping rules and requirements may result in an athlete losing eligibility to compete for the United States.
The Fall Speed order will take place at The Caspersen Rowing Center on Mercer Lake in West Windsor, NJ on November 15, 16 & 17, 2024. The following events will race at this regatta: the women's single sculls, the men's single sculls, the women's pair, and the men's pair.
Participants must be in compliance with USRowing's athlete requirements and coach requirements before arriving onsite.
Fall Speed Order Eligibility:
*While Fall Speed Order participants are not required to have completed USRowing ECG and Pre-Competition Health Screening, if they choose to participate in selection events in the future, they will need to complete this.

For racing sessions, the race course will open 45 minutes prior to each round for warm-up.
The maps below will provide an overview of the layout of the course and outline the traffic patterns for practice, time trials, and sprint racing.
In the event of weather, USRowing will refer to Appendix E Adverse Weather Conditions Policy.
All vehicles must park in the designated areas, areas in front of the boathouse are for PNRA Staff and Officials.
All boats will be stored outside on personal slings or on club trailers. There is limited rack space available at the facility and visiting competitors will not have access to boat bays. Please be mindful of emergency access roads and walkways. Equipment that is blocking a path may be moved.
