2023 Call for Nominations: Junior HP Representative to the High Performance Committee

USRowing is now inviting self-nominations for the Junior HP Representative to the High Performance Committee. Nominations are due April 28, 2023.

The purpose of the HPC shall be to define, in consultation with the national team’s Chief High Performance Officer (“CHPO”) and coaches, the plans and programs for the training and selection of teams to represent the United States in international competition.

With the merging of the Junior High Performance program with the Senior High Performance program, the HPC will be restructured to include a Junior HP Representative.

Time Commitment

On average, one monthly conference call and one to two in-person meetings each year.

Selection Process

The Junior HP Representative to the High Performance Committee is an at-large standing committee member and will be selected by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee.
