USRowing Announces Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 Roster

PRINCETON, N.J. – With camp boats now selected and the final U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Rowing in the books, USRowing is pleased to announce the full roster that will represent the United States at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, pending final approval from the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee.

The U.S. will send nine crews to the Olympics including the women's single sculls, women's double sculls, lightweight women's double sculls, women's quadruple sculls, women's pair, women's four, men's four, women's eight and men's eight. The U.S. was the only country to qualify all seven of its women's boats.

Of the 37 athletes, there are 11 returning Olympians with six Olympic medals amongst them. Twenty-eight have competed on previous senior national teams, while nine will be making their senior team debut.

Megan Kalmoe, a 2012 Olympic bronze medalist in the women's quadruple sculls, will be competing at her fourth Olympic Games, having raced in 2008 and 2016 as well.

Meghan Musnicki, Gevvie Stone and Ellen Tomek will be competing in their third Olympic Games. Musnicki won gold in the women's eight in 2012 and 2016. Stone won the silver medal in the women's single sculls in 2016 and also raced the single in 2012. Tomek made the finals in the women's double sculls in 2008 and 2016.
