Personal
Emily was born on 5/27/2000 and attended Loyola Academy. She enjoys trail running, baking banana bread, and writing. She is the oldest of three sisters, the middle of whom is joining her at Stanford on the lightweight team. She fell into the sport of rowing after an AVM diagnosis required her to walk away from contact sports. Her personal hero is her grandfather, Bill Persichetty, whose love for the sport of track was unwavering and inspiring.
