Finished second in the open quadruple sculls with coxswain 23k endurance event and third in both the open solo beach sprint and open solo 6k event at the 2022 COPA Americas Coastal Championships. Finished ninth in the quadruple sculls with coxswain at the 2021 World Rowing Coastal Championships. Reached the quarterfinals in the open mixed double sculls at the 2021 World Rowing Beach Sprint Finals.

Finished sixth in the lightweight single sculls at the 2022 USRowing Summer National Championships. Won the open mixed double sculls, finished second in the open solo, and finished third in the open mixed quadruple sculls with coxswain at the 2022 Beach Sprints National Team Trials. Won the open mixed double sculls at the 2021 Beach Sprints National Team Trials. Won the lightweight women's A single sculls at the 2019 USRowing Masters National Championships.
Personal
Liz enjoys music, drawing, reading, and researching. Rowing found her. She was identified as a talent transfer from the sport of triathlon at the 2018 USOPC's Next Olympic Hopeful program. She was the 2018 South Midwest Collegiate Conference Series & Regional Championship winner in the sport of triathlon.
