Personal
Peter enjoys cooking, watching Netflix, and outdoor adventures. He is a proud immigrant born in South Korea. Peter could not speak a word of English when he first got to the United States in 1999. He intended to join his college's swimming or water polo teams before being asked by a coxswain at his freshman sports club orientation fair to join rowing. He rowed for a year and did not cox until a mild medical condition rerouted him to coxing. His personal hero is her grandmother, who is bold and loving, and survived the Korean War.
