Katherine is a member of the National Honor Society. She enjoys writing for her school newspaper, reading, and golf. She is a ninth generation Texan and is an only child. Katherine found rowing through family friends. She names one of her personal heroes as Gevvie Stone due to her grit and determination to be successful within rowing and through her education as a doctor.
