Personal
Charles has been named IRCA Scholar Athlete and IRCA Second Team All-American. He enjoys slack-lining, making burgers, cornhole, Frisbee, goofing around with the boys, skiing, and watching A24 films. Charles is a proud Midwesterner and says he may look scary, but he is actually a nice guy. He comes from a rowing family. His dad rowed and Harvard and brother rowed at New Trier. Charles said his dad is definitely the biggest role model in his life. He has imparted his wisdom on Charles throughout his life and shared his strong moral compass. His dad also has set a high standard of personal achievement in rowing and his career.
