Personal
phia was named a 2022 CRCA National Scholar Athlete and was on the Big 12 Commissioner Honor Roll from 2019 to 2022 and the Academic All-American Big 12 First Team from 2021 to 2022. She enjoys reading, baking, spending time outdoors, and playing cards. Sophia wants to be a physical therapist. She also has a pitbull named George and her favorite food is carbs. She began rowing after watching the 2012 Olympics and seeing rowing featured. She thought it looked interesting and different, so she tried it and fell in love.
