Aidan Humbert

One-Beach, 2023

Won the junior double sculls at the 2023 Beach Sprint National Team Trials. Finished sixth in the pair at the 2023 USRowing Youth National Championships. Won the pair at the 2022 USRowing Youth National Championships.

Aidan was the first junior captain at Triangle Rowing ClubHe received TRC awards in 2019 (Oarsmanship), 2021 (Hammer Award), 2022 (Coach's Award), and 2023 (Oarsmanship). Aidan enjoys playing chess. He is ranked first in his high school class, played soccer for a decade, and plays competitive chess. His sister, who rowed for eight years, introduced him to the sport and is one of his personal heroes. After rowing, he would like to save the world. His favorite place to compete is High Point, N.C. and his favorite place to travel is California. Aidan's favorite Olympic moment is when Usain Bolt won and did his signature pose. Aidan enjoys playing board games and video games. He recommends listening to Conan Gray.
