Personal
Catie enjoys running, reading, spending time with family and friends, and the color pink. Her grandfather was in the Ocean Rowing Hall of Fame, and she feels more connected to him by participating in the sport. Catie said her coach and former Olympian, Shelagh Donohoe, is one of her personal heroes because she is unbeatable, determined, and kind. Catie said under her coaching she has become a better leader, athlete, and teammate. After rowing, Catie said she would like to pursue a career in sports management, coaching, and boat works. She loves all sports movies and television shows such as Miracle, King Richard, and The Last Dance. She also loves Taylor Swift and the book, The Notebook.
