Jacob Hudgins

Five  U19, 2019; Under 23, 2021-2023; Senior, 2025

Finished second in the eight at the 2023 World Rowing U23 Championships. Finished second in the eight at the 2022 World Rowing U23 Championships. Finished second in the eight at the 2021 World Rowing U23 Championships. Finished second in the eight at the 2019 World Rowing U19 Championships.

Won the 2025 Speed Orders in the men's pair. Won the Copley Cup at the 2025 San Diego Crew Classic. Won the 2019 Princeton Chase. Finished second in the U19 eight at the 2018 USRowing Club National Championships.

Jacob was named to the All-American team.  He enjoys going to the beach, hiking, and hanging out with his family and friends. He started rowing after a friend pushed him into it his freshman year of high school and served as co-captain in 2019. He enjoys playing guitar and can solve a Rubiks cube. Jacob lists Alex Honnold, the free solo rock climber, as his personal hero as he embodies a mindset that Jacob strives to replicate. His brother, Miles, is a U19 and U23 World Champion, and he won bronze at the 2025 IRA Championships. His favorite musicians are Rufus du Sol, Dominic Fike, and the Beatles.
