World Indoor Rowing Championships.

Personal

Sam was named USRowing’s Under 23 Male Athlete of the Year in 2019. He enjoys reading, watching movies, and hanging out with friends and family. He lived in Auckland, New Zealand, for two years, where he joined his high school's rowing team. Sam lists his father as his personal hero. His dad was an Olympic sailor and he has always followed his passions and is among the best at what he does. Sam enjoys reading Stephen King novels.
