Charlie is inspired by his father who he sees as a leader, role model, and genius. After rowing, he plans to attend Officer Cadet School for the United States Army. Charlies favorite Olympic moments are the Dutch mens quadruple sculls at the 2019 World Rowing Championships and the New Zealand double sculls at the 2012 Olympics.
