One  Beach Sprints, 2025

Won the U19 single sculls at the HOCR Boston Beach Sprints. Won the U19 single sculls and double sculls at the New Bedford Beach Sprints. Won the U19 single sculls at the Cape Cod Beach Sprints. 

Cate loves to surf, compete in sailing, and travel. She tries to spend all her free time on the ocean, as she feels balancing the things you love is crucial. Her dad rowed at the University of Pennsylvania, but he never wanted to push the sport onto her sister or herself. Seeing the lifelong friendships he built through rowing and watching how much her sister enjoyed competing and being part of a team inspired her to give it a try, and she quickly fell in love with it. Her sister rows for Columbia. She hopes to create an innovative technology company to help others internationally. She loves to watch Gossip Girl.
