Will Konopka

Will is a two-time IRCA scholar-athlete. He enjoys sitting by a fire, watching movies, and playing catch. He found rowing through his parents, who are both rowing coaches. His dad, Bruce, coached the men's pair in the 1992 Summer Olympics. He rowed lightweight at the University of Pennsylvania and was inducted into the Penn Athletics Hall of Fame. His brother, James, also rowed lightweight at Penn. His mom, Molly, and his sister, Josie, rowed on the Penn Women's Crew Team. His sister, Mary Grace, rows at George Washington University. Will aims to go to law school. His favorite movie is Good Will Hunting. His favorite book is For Whom the Bell Tolls by Ernest Hemingway. His favorite television show is Narcos. Jalen Hurts is his role model.
