USRowing Renews Partnership with NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits

Renewed collaboration expands recruiting education, technology, and college pathway resources for USRowing members nationwide

USRowing is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits, extending a collaboration that helps student-athletes and families navigate the college recruiting process and pursue opportunities to compete at the collegiate level.

As USRowing's exclusive college recruiting partners, NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits will continue providing recruiting education, technology, and athlete development resources to USRowing's membership. Under the renewed agreement, rowers and their families will have access to specialized recruiting guidance, educational programming, and tools to better understand and navigate the collegiate recruiting landscape.

"Renewing this partnership allows us to continue providing athletes and families with trusted recruiting education, access to industry-leading technology, and resources that help make the recruiting process more transparent and accessible."

Participation in recruiting-related communications and services from NCSA and Sports Recruits is entirely optional for USRowing members. Current members may choose to opt in to receive information and resources from NCSA and SportsRecruits during the USRowing registration process. Those who opt in may change their communication preferences or opt out at any time.

Throughout the partnership, NCSA College Recruiting and SportsRecruits will continue to integrate recruiting resources across USRowing events, digital platforms, and member communications. The organizations will also provide recruiting technology and support at select USRowing events, helping student-athletes gain visibility with collegiate programs and connect with coaches throughout the recruiting process.

USRowing members will have access to recruiting education opportunities, including virtual workshops tailored specifically to rowing families and guidance addressing the unique aspects of collegiate rowing recruitment. In addition, designated USRowing members will be eligible for NCSA's All In Award program, which provides enhanced recruiting support and resources for student-athletes pursuing collegiate opportunities.

As part of the renewed agreement, all USRowing members will receive a three-month free trial of IMG Academy+, IMG Academy's online performance and personal development platform. IMG Academy+ offers student-athletes access to mental performance training, nutrition guidance, leadership development, and personal growth resources designed to support success both on and off the water.
