John was awarded the Childrens Brain Tumor Foundation One Year Award and recognition from the oncology board at Lurie Childrens Hospital in Chicago for beating brain cancer in 2021. John enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a Boy Scout in Troop 19. Johns personal heroes are his mother and father because they worked with dedication to allow for John and his siblings to have amazing opportunities. He also enjoys watching Liv and Maddie.
