Finished fourth in the lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2023 World Rowing Under-23 Championships. Finished fourth in the lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2022 World Rowing Under-23 Championships. Finished 11th in the lightweight double sculls at the 2021 World Rowing Under-23 Championships.

Won the lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2023 Under-23 National Team Trials. Won the lightweight quadruple sculls at the 2022 Under-23 National Team Trials. Finished third in the varsity lightweight eight at the 2022 IRA National Championships. Finished third in the varsity lightweight eight at the 2022 Eastern Sprints. Won the lightweight double sculls at the 2021 Under-23 National Team Trials. Won the eight at the 2019 USRowing Youth National Championships. Won the youth eight at the 2018 Head of the Charles Regatta.

Both of Eli's parents rowed in college. He lists Allen Iverson as a personal hero simply because of the way he overcame adversity. Life is going to have more than a few hurdles you'll need to get over, and Iverson managed to do that with a swagger and confidence that inspires him in sport.
