Won gold the U23 single sculls at the 2024 USRowing Club Nationals, Won gold in the eight at the 2023 and 2024 Dad Vail Regatta.
Personal
James majors in mechanical engineering. He was a finalist for the IRCA Comeback Athlete of the Year Award. He was the recipient of the 2018 German Award. He enjoys skiing and spending time with friends and family. He began rowing at a middle-school summer learn to row program with his younger sisters. His mother played basketball at Le Moyne.
