Target Audience:Â
- Classified PR1, PR2, and PR3 rowersÂ
- Prior rowing experience
- Born 1998 - 2008 (flexible)

Women:
- PR1: 9:20-9:30
- PR2 9:05-9:15
- PR3 7:55-8:05
Men:
- PR1: 8:45-8:55
- PR2 7:40-7:50
- PR3 6:50-7:00
Focus:
- Skill acquisition through small boat training and racing;
- Athlete development for future Para National Team Selection
Application Process

- Confirm your contact details are up to date and correct Â
- Click "Athlete Profile"
- Click "Yes" to confirm your participation in the Pathways program
- Fill in all information for Athlete Metrics
- Be sure to click on the green "Submit" button at the bottom of the page
- Fill out the application for 2024 Para Development Camp at bottom of page
Sample Day in the Life at Camp
Training Days:
- 6:30 a.m. BreakfastÂ
- 7:15 a.m.- 9:15 a.m. Rowing session 1Â Â
- 9:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Breakfast Â
- 10:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m. Land session (For example: yoga, video review, coach meetings, S&C, nutrition, mental strength building, erg technique, etc.)Â Â
- 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Lunch Â
- 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Rigging checks
- 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Technical session Â
- 5:00 p.m. DinnerÂ
Racing Days (Aug 3-4):
- 6:30 a.m. Breakfast
- Depart for Canadian Henley venue per race schedule
