Focus:
- Skill acquisition through small boat training and racing;
- Athlete development for future Para National Team Selection

- Fill in all information for Athlete Metrics

- Fill out the application for 2024 Para Development Camp at bottom of page
Sample Day in the Life at Camp
Training Days:
- 6:30 a.m. Breakfast
- 7:15 a.m.- 9:15 a.m. Rowing session 1
- 9:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m. Breakfast
- 10:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m. Land session (For example: yoga, video review, coach meetings, S&C, nutrition, mental strength building, erg technique, etc.)
- 12:00 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Lunch
- 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Rigging checks
- 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Technical session
- 5:00 p.m. Dinner
Racing Days (Aug 3-4):
- 6:30 a.m. Breakfast
- Depart for Canadian Henley venue per race schedule
