The Coxswain Summit: Steering Ahead returns for a second year following a successful inaugural event. This one-day virtual conference is open to coxswains, coaches, and athletes of all ages, disciplines, and experience levels. Whether you’re new to the seat, refining advanced skills, or coaching coxswains, this summit offers practical tools to elevate communication, boat-handling, leadership, and overall coxswain performance.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

Learn strategies for clearer communication and leadership in the boat
Improve boat-handling and race management skills
Gain insight into the role of the coxswain from experienced practitioners
