U23 National Team Trials (BM1x, BW1x, BLM1x, BLW1x, BM2x, BW2x, BLM2x, BLW2x, BM2-, BW2-, BPR3 W1x, BPR3 M1x)

USRowing is committed to fair play. All athletes participating in selection for, and competing as a member of, all U.S. national rowing teams must be in compliance with United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), International Olympic Committee (IOC), United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC), World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), FISA and USRowing rules and requirements relating to banned substances, including but not limited to undergoing testing and obtaining and maintaining current therapeutic use exemptions as needed. Failure to adhere to anti-doping rules and requirements may result in an athlete losing eligibility to compete for the United States.
Selection Eligibility:
Entries are due by Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11:59pm PST. To put an entry in, please visit Regatta Central.

Membership staff will not be on-site, so it is important to ensure compliance in advance of the event.
Location:
Racing will be conducted at Caspersen Rowing Center in West Windsor, NJ. Trials participants will not have access to locker rooms or showers on-site. Restrooms will be available.
Racing Format:
The 2025 U23 World Championships Trials will begin with an initial time trial. The top six finishers from each event will progress to the final.
Competitive Standard Times:
In order to earn the qualification spot in all respective events, competitors must achieve the published CST for that boat class in the final. For the U23 information refer to the U23 Selection Procedures.

Trials Winners Information:
Please note that your passport must be valid through March 28, 2026 to travel to Poznan, Poland. If your passport expires before that date, or if you do not have a passport, please be sure to start the renewal/application process well in advance of trials. All athletes winning berths at the trials must submit their intent to compete at World Rowing Championships to the Chief High Performance Officer, or their designee within two hours of the last race of the trials. All athletes and coaches participating in any national team event (World Cup trip, selection camp, World Championship Team) will be required to complete Safe Sport training and have a Background Check. Information on how to complete these will be sent out following the trials. Winning crews will be invoiced for the participation fee ($3495) following the trials. The fee covers housing, meals, staff support, and transport while at the event. It does not cover transport to or from the event or rented equipment.
Parking:
All vehicles must park in the designated areas.
Boat Storage:
All boats will be stored outside on personal slings or on club trailers. There is limited rack space available at the facility. Please be mindful of emergency access roads and walkways. Equipment that is blocking a path may be moved.
Anti-Doping:
All competitors must have completed the USRowing Anti-Doping Acknowledgement. This acknowledgement, and your USRowing liability waiver, can be signed here.
